Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a beautiful healing and balancing modality using and channeling the universal life force energy. The Shoden level one course is the first teaching. In this we learn just how reiki can benefit us in our everyday lives and how to connect to this wonderful energy to help others. We can use it to navigate our own obstacles and use the meditations and exercises given to really make changes within our daily lives. It is a gentle energy that works with you and your vibration to allow you to learn how to use it to benefit yourself and others. The first level of three, a gentle attunement and start to a wonderful journey of discovery. In the course you will learn; Reiki principles and how to connect. Meditation techniques to help in everyday life. What meditation is and how to really connect. How to work with the energy to benefit yourself and others. Methods of self healing. Grounding techniques. Self balancing and healing using simple scanning techniques Connection to the universal life force. History of reiki and it’s principles. How to use reiki to harmonise your life. You receive person to person attunement (When possible weather permitting in our tranquil gardens for beautiful connection, later in the year in our wonderful meditation room) Receive reiju blessings On going tutoring, lifetime coaching from your master teacher. In depth manual Welcome into our ‘family’ of reiki healers and become part of our community, regular invitations to reiki shares etc. The investment for the two day course is £195, to include all of the above and refreshments and all course materials. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours. Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment. This is because I may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover costs. Late Arrivals: It is important that the agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. I appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but I cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments. If you have booked online and have more than 24hours before your appointment, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by logging in on the website and going to your bookings under your account.
