Uses plant and flower essential oils to improve emotional and physical well-being. Applications include inhalation, water immersion- bath or shower, topical application by the client or used within a massage treatment.
Aromatherapy has been used for centuries, to promote well-being, relaxation, mental stimulation, increased energy, maintain balance, reduced stress, anxiety and pain reduction, and to assist the body’s natural healing mechanisms and it’s repair and recovery abilities.
